Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is seeking a Notary Public/Office Manager to work remotely within the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time; Must be a U.S. citizen.

Essential Functions:

• Notarize documents.
• Travel as needed to notarize client documents and pick up work.
• Follow state protocols for vehicular transactions, including processing titles, registrations, issuing licenses, and tax payments.
• Assist clients in your home office.
• Prepare motor vehicle documents.
• Manage computer data entry, answer multi-line phone system, and follow up with clients.
• Participate in daily cash out, shipping, and record scanning processes.

Qualifications:

• Notary Commission within 1 year.
• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of office experience.

Preferred: Experience in banking, DMV, automotive registration, or motor vehicle titles.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of state notarial procedures.
• Proficient in computer, database, and spreadsheet use.
• Quick learner with strong technical skills.

Requirements: Home office setup with computer and internet.

Pay: $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
