WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:
As the Product Management Intern, you will work with Product Management teams across Nike, in one of the following teams: Geographies and Marketplace Experience (GaME), Enterprise Architecture and Developer Platforms (EADP), Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT), SEC & Corporate Functions (CF&C), Technical Operations (Tech Ops), Consumer, Product & Innovation (CP&I) or Global Data and Artificial Intelligence (DA&I).
If you work in any of these teams, you will learn about how Nike works and our strategic advantage. You will orchestrate an exciting internship project, giving you the experience and ability to be a transformative leader, problem solver, collaborator, and teammate with Nike leaders to setup Nike to deliver business and/or consumer facing products that are viable and feasible to our Business and valuable and loved by our Consumers.
- Geographies and Marketplace Experience (GaME) represents Nike's Geography and Marketplace Experiences, which encompasses the company's efforts to create a seamless and innovative marketplace for athletes and consumers around the world. This space creates enduring athlete* relationships with sport through digital & store experiences wherever they choose to shop.
The GaME domain is focused on developing and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions that connect consumers with Nike's products, services, and experiences, while also driving business growth and revenue. There are two different channels through which Nike's products are sold that you will learn more about:
- Direct to Consumer: Where Nike sells its products directly to consumers through its own retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps.
- Wholesale: Where Nike sells its products to third-party retailers, such as department stores, specialty stores, and online marketplaces).
Key Areas of Focus: Digital-to-Consumer e-Commerce, Nike Stores, Wholesale Partner's eCommerce, Marketing Technology, and Data & AI/ML Enabled Experiences.
- Enterprise Architecture and Developer Platforms (EADP) team enables every team at Nike with the technology they need to succeed. In order to deliver the performance Nike's business demands in the most efficient way, we focus on standardization, automation, self-service, security and compliance.
Key Areas of Focus: Data modeling and GenAI enablement, along with sensors (RFID, QR) and IoT-based interactions. You will learn about Platform Engineering, and how Nike is developing cutting edge technology at scale.
- Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT) is all about delivering the Right Product, at the Right Time, to the Right Place. Some of SCPT's close partner teams include Nike Digital and Marketplace teams. Within the supply chain space, you will contribute to deliver both business and consumer-facing products that are viable, feasible, and loved by our consumers. You will learn about our Nike Sport Marketplace and strategic advantage
Key Areas of Focus: Product sourcing, Manufacturing and Production, Inventory Management, and Distribution and Logistics.
- SEC & Corporate Functions (CF&C) where the Core ERP (CF&CERP) Technology domain is the backbone of Nike's enterprise. The team currently powers critical business processes across the entire enterprise.
Key Areas of Focus: Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, Digital Employee Experiences, Resilience, Communications, and Global Places & Services.
- Technical Operations (Tech Ops) provides infrastructure to the company, globally and enables delivery of premium services to provide enterprise operational efficiencies, support athlete success, enable stakeholders, and transform innovation. Making IT enablement frictionless.
Key Areas of Focus: Industry-leading asset management, governance and process, and ensuring end-to-end quality solutions.
- Consumer, Product and Innovation (CP&I) serves Nike's Product Creation teams across Innovation, Footwear, Apparel, Planning and Supply. This organization leverages digital capabilities to build a consumer-focused, digitally native technology ecosystem that enhances creativity and streamlines the creation process. They provide essential apps, services, platforms, and data products that support both physical and data creation, often serving as the primary data source.
Key Areas of Focus: Physical Product creation, Physical Product Design, Product Merchandising, and Sustainability.
- Global Data and Artificial Intelligence (DA&I) responsible for domain-level strategy, portfolio, business operations and the coordination of transformational and cross-domain efforts. This org provides engineering enablement and product delivery for commercial analytics, enabling domain teams to integrate analytics products into solutions that technology teams deliver, providing advanced analytics and machine learning engineering enablement including for Personalization Engineering, and delivers scalable advanced analytics and machine learning solutions.
Key Areas of Focus: Commerical Analytics Enablement, Machine Learning, AI, & GenAI Enablement, Enterprise Data Foundations, and Personalization Engineering.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA or advanced degree with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- 3+ years' experience in product management, strategy or engineering field (Web and Mobile software development highly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our consumer, our business, and the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail including the ability to analyze data, produce product strategy, and expected outcome models. Document requirements, and partner effectively with multiple collaborators.
- Ability to implement methodically while also thinking strategically.
- Superior verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning innovation is core to our identity.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help your team win.
- Proactive, solutions-orientation with a passion for solving unique, sophisticated problems that have a broad, inter-connected impact to the business and the consumer.
**COVER LETTER REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION (PDF)** WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE: As an intern, you will get hands-on experience finding the intersection of consumer needs, technical feasibility, business goals, and helping a cross-functional team define the best product opportunity against our top critical initiatives. The Product Management Intern will partner with collaborators to define business and product objectives through product vision, strategy, and desired outcomes. You will seek insights, gather product definition, ensure alignment, and define the strategic opportunities. The successful candidate will work with a cross functional team that could comprise of Product Marketing, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Program Management, and business partner to ultimately define, build, and deliver the best products for our Business and Consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of product vision, strategy and concepts for key products and services, against a specific market/business segment.
- Develop business cases by assessing the available insights and data to produce expected outcome models. Use this analysis to inform and recommend priorities.
- Communicate and align on product strategy, definition, and value to inform priorities with our key internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross functional teams from engineering, design, Analytics, program management and multiple business functions.
- Collaborate in the full range of product lifecycle management, from enhancements to new development.
