Remote work from the Pacific Northwest is permitted.Role Description:As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee diverse water projects, collaborating with subject matter experts and design teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your leadership will be key in project planning, execution, monitoring, and quality assurance, while also supporting business development and client relationships.Typical responsibilities include:Delegating and overseeing technical staff workLeading client and internal meetingsPreparing reports and construction documentsManaging project scope, schedule, budget, and qualitySupporting business development and client engagementMentoring staff and ensuring quality standardsLeadership expectations involve setting direction, effective communication, team motivation, trust-building, fostering diversity, and supporting team development.Minimum Qualifications:B.S. in civil or environmental engineering; other relevant degrees considered with experienceP.E. license or ability to obtain in WA/OregonAt least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in water planning and designExperience in sales efforts with municipal clientsStrong technical writing skills and proficiency in MS Office and MS ProjectAbility to work effectively in teamsPreferred Qualifications:20+ years of experience in water projectsM.S. degreeExperience managing water system projects as a project managerSalary Range: Based on location and experience, ranging from $161,000 to $265,000.
