Accounts Receivable Specialist
Type of Employment: Direct Hire, Full Time, Fully Onsite
Compensation: $27-$30 an hour
Location: Tigard, OR
Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Tigard, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
- Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
- Following up on overdue accounts
- Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in accounts receivable experience is required.
- BA or AA in Accounting, Finance or related is preferred not required
- Strong customer service abilities
- Proficiency in multitasking
- Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications.
