Warehouse Associate

American Cruise Lines is a rapidly growing nationwide company is seeking a responsible driver and detailed orientated shipping and receiving specialist for our Portland, OR warehouse. We are looking for a goal oriented and driven person who will find exceptional career advancement opportunities. This person is responsible for making deliveries to our vessels in a 50-mile radius as well as assisting with inventory management of the warehouse. Qualified individuals will ensure packages are received and delivered to the end recipient and/or the warehouse. The person must have general knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and have a valid motor vehicle license with a clean driving record. You will also have the opportunity to make recommendations to senior management for efficiency and process improvements. Experience with fedex.com and ups.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries to vessels at ports within 50 miles of our Portland warehouse
• Package and ship warehouse inventory while maintaining par levels.
• Track and confirm delivery of orders and shipments to vessels.
• Generate inventory & shipping reports; update shipping logs.
• Create shipping lists, packing slips, shipping labels & other documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated.
• Ability to lift 55 pounds.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
• Must be located within commutable distance of Portland, OR.
