MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience:Must meet one of the following criteria to be considered. A Masters Degree in environmental science, public administration, natural sciences, or a related field; AND Four (4) years of experience in solid waste management, recycling, or a related field, which includes at least two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience. ORA Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, public administration, natural sciences, or a related field; AND Six (6) years of experience in solid waste management, recycling, or a related field, which includes at least two (2) years of lead or supervisory experience.
