Plan, develop and implement resident lifestyle programming within and outside of the community. Facilitate collaboration between assisted living and memory care programming staff to ensure quality programming is planned and executed. Ensure services within and outside of the community are made available to all residents, including transportation oversight. Assist tenants in making arrangements to meet their personal needs. Establish a tenant council and ensure tenant information system is in place. Survey and interview residents to collect social history data that represents residents past and present interests and talents, as well as their satisfaction with the communitys programs. Document and maintain records as required to effectively manage the department and adhere to applicable state regulations.
