We are looking for a Fire Alarm Systems Channel Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team!

The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for fire alarm systems through channel partners, such as distributors, contractors, and integrators. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with these partners, providing product training, support, and strategic guidance to ensure effective sales performance.

You'll identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands. You'll also stay informed on industry trends, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and work to maximize revenue and profitability in your assigned territory.

What You'll Be Doing:

Target New Opportunities: Embrace a relentless hunter mindset to identify and pursue high-potential prospects.

Accelerate Customer Acquisition: Leverage PSI's compelling value propositions to engage enterprise customers.

High-Velocity Prospecting: Implement aggressive prospecting techniques that ensure a steady pipeline of new business.

Precision Estimations: Deliver accurate estimates for fire alarm system installations in both retrofit and new construction projects.

Dominate Your Territory: Strategically target and cultivate a thriving sales territory using data-driven insights.

Relentless Pursuit of New Logos: Actively seek out new business while building strong relationships with existing clients.

Build Trust Quickly: Establish trust-based relationships from the outset to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of progressive experience in fire alarm system installations and proven sales success

Senior-level sales executive experience is a plus

Strong track record selling value-based fire & life safety solutions

Experience selling to senior executives at major accounts

Commercial skills in go-to-market and sales strategy development

High School diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline preferred

Valid state-issued driver's license with acceptable driving record
