What is KidStrong?

At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum that focuses on brain, physical, and character development for ages 15 months to 11 years. Our private training centers deliver high-energy, coach-led classes designed to help kids achieve milestones and unlock their superpowers!

The Role: KidStrong Coach

As a Coach, you're the heartbeat of our center, delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families. You'll lead classes that are fun, dynamic, and challenging—while helping kids grow confidence, strength, and skills they'll carry for life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach classes for kids aged 15 months–11 years following KidStrong's unique curriculum
  • Deliver high-energy, fun, and engaging experiences while ensuring safety and developmental progress
  • Communicate with parents about their child's progress and milestones
  • Foster a supportive, positive environment that makes every family feel welcome
  • Participate in community events, birthday parties, and camps to promote KidStrong's mission
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training space

We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year coaching, teaching, or athletic experience (experience with young kids a plus!)
  • Passion for child development and empowering kids
  • Great communicator with parents, kids, and teammates
  • High-energy, positive attitude, and ability to lead a room
  • Available for weekday evenings and weekend mornings (bonus opportunities for parties & camps)
  • Willingness to complete KidStrong Coach Certification and CPR/AED
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter that just gets a job done
