Key responsibilities include:

1. Implementing and managing the Continuous Process Improvement System.
2. Leading and facilitating process improvement events and training.
3. Developing performance metrics and communicating improvement results.
4. Collaborating with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
5. Managing cross-functional teams and external partners to execute initiatives.
6. Driving cultural change to embed continuous improvement in the organization.

Qualifications include a BS degree in a related field, at least 12 years of relevant experience, and Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred. The role requires travel within North America and possibly internationally, with extended hours as needed.
