Responsibilities

  • Survey, install, and commission in-building systems for all WSPs & Enterprise customers.
  • Perform Structural Site Survey at customer locations and report to the Engineering Group.
  • Assist with RF Benchmarking and troubleshooting Test Kit setup.
  • Facilitate & perform DAS Commissioning & Integration activities across multiple WSPs.
  • Report to management (CM/PM/Operations Manager).
  • Deploy to cell site locations to install cellular, small cell, WiFi, and DAS equipment.
  • Proficiency in installing Indoor Small Cell Products, Nokia and Ericsson OEM Radio Equipment, and DAS OEM Equipment.
  • Install, connect, and test coaxial and Ethernet cables.
  • Install and commission DC power plants.
  • Manage equipment pickup, handling, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Track record of high-quality work completion.
  • Problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Technical School or Associate Degree in Engineering or Electronics preferred; High School Diploma with related experience considered.
  • BISCI Credits, Nokia/Ericsson Certifications, DAS Manufacturer Certifications, Small Cell Certifications.
  • Experience in field technical work, mobility DAS, WiFi, small cell networks preferred.
  • Knowledge of cabling (RF, Electrical, DC Power, CAT5/6, T1 Copper, Fiber).
  • Military experience with technical background welcomed.
  • Professionalism, flexibility with work hours, ability to travel, outdoor work readiness, problem-solving ability, vehicle and equipment care, physical ability to lift and climb, computer proficiency, valid driver's license, OSHA 10/30, Scissor lift, First aid/CPR/AED certifications.
