The Manufacturing Engineer provides equipment, resources, and training required to implement changes and adjustments effectively to ensure efficiency and outstanding quality. This position collaborates with team members to ensure a proactive approach to root cause analysis, problem solving, technologies, and processes that constantly meet evolving customer requirements with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities. Ensure processes and equipment procedures are updated, developed, and documented appropriately. Collaborate with program management as the initial interface for current and prospective customers. Actively support program management through quoting, including the use of DFM guidelines that will ensure an effective and cost-efficient process. Analyze documented risks associated with processes and product. Actively monitor risks including PFMEA and preventive actions.
