Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Charge: Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet and exceed daily targets.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a food production environment.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Multitasking: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with ease.
