WHO YOULL WORK WITH In this role you will report to the Packaging Development Manager as part of the Global Packaging Team. This role requires experience developing and managing cross-functional relationships with Development, PLMs, Brand Packaging, External Vendors, and Factory teams as well as your counterparts on the Global Packaging and broader Costing team. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who will deliver innovative packaging solutions at scale, ensuring they meet aesthetic, quality, and performance standards. The position requires a strong understanding of packaging development and the product creation process, with a focus on sustainability. - 3 years of related experience in in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field - Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training - Proven experience in developing and executing packaging strategies, with an understanding of packaging design, materials, sourcing, and fun...Packaging, Engineer, Retail, Transportation, Development
