Responsibilities and Duties
• Prospect new business through cold calls, warm leads, and collaboration with sales office team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Work directly with customers to understand their business operations and provide face-to-face consultations to add value to their organization through implementation of products.
• Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to Company expectations and the challenges customers present you.
• Travel to customer locations three days a week and work successfully in a wide variety of manufacturing and laboratory environments.
-$63,,000 Base Salary + Bonus $20,000-$25,000 + Car Expense + Expense Account + Comprehensive Benefits Package. $85,000-$90,000 in year #1; $100,000-$105,000> in year #2.
-June 25 hiring timeline for a mid-July starting date.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree. Any major is fine, Business, Engineering, etc.
-Will look at 24 & Spring 25 graduates or candidates with 1-3+ years of business experience or sales experience out of college.
• Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to Company success.
