We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Vancouver, WA to hire a Human Resources Business Partner. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting a collaborative leadership team in a plant-based, industrial environment. This position offers a base salary of $95K-$125K, DOE. Additional benefits include: annual bonus potential, a 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, and generous PTO and holidays.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to leadership and employees
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance coaching
• Support talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Coordinate training and employee development initiatives
• Drive engagement, retention, and D&I efforts
• Administer onboarding, benefits communication, and leave programs
• Manage HRIS updates and generate HR reports (Workday)
• Support compliance with state and federal labor laws
• Participate in cross-functional HR projects

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge
• Experience supporting multi-site or industrial teams
• Skilled in training, recruiting, and workforce planning
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Workday experience a plus
• HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
