Senior Financial Analyst

Description:

This position will be part of our Accounts Receivable & Treasury team, which ultimately reports to the regional Reporting & Compliance department.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Accounts Receivable team, overseeing associates.
  2. Develop management reports on key A/R KPIs for Service, Construction, and AME management.
  3. Serve as the SSC main point of contact for AR, billing, and cash application matters.
  4. Oversee the transition of certain billing activities to SSC.
  5. Develop a collections function in the region.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent.
  2. Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Tableau or equivalent reporting capabilities to create insightful management reports.

Competencies

  1. Strong organizational skills.
  2. Effective collaboration skills.
  3. Proficiency in self-management and ability to operate independently.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Critical thinking abilities.

Nice to have:

  1. SAP S4 Hana experience.
  2. BI & SharePoint experience.
  3. Previous experience in a large multinational company.
