Position Title: Full-Time Housekeeper/Nanny
Location: SW Portland, OR Council Crest Area
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Sunday-Thursday preferred, M-F possible), Roughly 7:00 am - 4:00 pm but flexible on exact hours
Start Date: Flexible, ideally June 2025
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, Around $30-40/hour Flexible DOE

Overview:
A warm, welcoming family in Portland with two young boys (ages 5 and 2), two work-from-home dads, and a sweet family dog is seeking a full-time, live-out Housekeeper/Nanny. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, and enjoys both maintaining a clean, well-run home and supporting a young family. While the household has a full-time nanny, this role includes occasional childcare responsibilities-especially during coverage gaps or evenings-so comfort with young children is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and deep cleaning of a large family home, about 6,000 sq ft
• Handle all household laundry, including care for delicate fabrics
• Organize and manage household inventory and supplies
• Assist with meal prep and light family-style cooking
• Collaborate with the family's primary nanny and step in to support childcare as needed
• Occasionally transport children (valid driver's license and clean driving record required)
• Care for family dog as needed (feeding, water, light walks)
• Travel occasionally with the family to local and out-of-state destinations
• Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable to changing daily needs
