What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market analysis and product development to drive business growth and enhance customer experience
- Provide sales and marketing support by ensuring the internal sales force is equipped with up-to-date product knowledge and training
- Manage product efficiency and develop roadmaps for assigned products and services
- Lead cross-departmental teams to align product objectives and ensure effective project planning and communication
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned product and service lines, offering support to field and home office partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of nine (9) years of product development or management experience in defined contribution record keeping
- In-depth and advanced knowledge of retirement plan product line and market is required
- Proven ability to develop relationships quickly and balance the needs of all stakeholders
- Excellent storytelling skills to help stakeholders visualize proposed work

- Advanced degree or relevant certification in business or marketing
- Experience in stabilizing products throughout all stages and iterations
- Strong project management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
