Job Details

Responsible for the strategic vision and execution of the Construction and Maintenance for the adidas NAM retail fleet. Maintain a strategic preach to execution and consistently communicate vertically and cross functionally to ensure alignment of internal priorities and resources are allocated appropriately to achieve desired results. Partner with Construction Vendors to plan projects, create budgets, establish project timelines and milestones, and obtain the specific resources needed to successfully complete the scope of work. Monitor all maintenance and construction projects with team and vendors. Communicate with internal customers on a regular basis to ensure that there is a clear understanding of project progress and milestones.
