PeaceHealth is seeking a Philanthropy Program Director of Campaigns. This hybrid role includes travel throughout the Northwest and therefore requires the incumbent to work and reside in OR, WA or AK.

PeaceHealth Foundations ( is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead multi-year philanthropic initiatives that fuel innovation, expand access, and elevate care across our communities ( Network of Care.pdf) .

As our Campaign Director, you'll be at the forefront of mission-driven fundraising—designing and executing high-impact campaigns that support capital projects, endowments, and special initiatives. You'll collaborate with executive leaders, inspire donors, and engage communities to bring bold healthcare visions to life.

What You Will Enjoy

• Lead with Vision: Design and implement comprehensive, multi-year fundraising campaigns aligned with PeaceHealth's strategic goals.
• Drive Strategy: Set campaign timelines, benchmarks, and success metrics—adjusting course as needed to ensure success.
• Inspire Giving: Partner with executive leadership, board members, and major gift officers to cultivate and steward top donors.
• Build Community: Strengthen relationships with hospital leaders, physicians, and community stakeholders to champion campaign initiatives.
• Empower Volunteers: Lead and energize campaign committees, providing tools and training to maximize their impact.
• Craft the Message: Oversee the creation of compelling campaign materials, from case statements to donor recognition pieces.
• Celebrate Success: Plan and execute campaign events that honor milestones and inspire continued support.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; CFRE certification preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive fundraising experience, with a strong track record in capital campaigns and major gifts.
• Expertise: Background in healthcare philanthropy or complex nonprofit environments is a plus.
• Skills: Strategic leadership and planning, exceptional communication and relationship-building & proficiency in fundraising software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce) and data analytics.

The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $119,000 – $178,000 annually.
