Construction Project Manager

We're looking for a highly capable Construction Project Manager to lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.


What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction teams across all phases of the project lifecycle
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Drive pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering
  • Manage project budgets, monthly financial reporting, and payment applications
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure adherence
  • Supervise and mentor Project Engineers and oversee contract administration
  • Participate in estimating, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy and completeness
  • Proactively resolve project issues and facilitate conflict resolution when needed
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) track preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and ability to interpret blueprints
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
