The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You'll be a key decision-maker—leading teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases of the construction process
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Provide mentorship to junior PMs and site teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety

About You

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a PM or Sr. PM role
• Proven experience leading projects valued at $10M+
• Strong knowledge of project management tools, scheduling software, and construction methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
