The Overnight Agent is a critical front-line role, serving as the primary point of contact for all guests during the late-night and early-morning hours, ensuring their comfort and the hotels smooth operation. This position encompasses comprehensive front desk responsibilities, including guest check-ins, inquiries, reservations, and resolving concerns. Beyond these duties, the agent performs essential night audit functions, maintains the cleanliness of public areas, addresses minor maintenance issues, and upholds hotel safety and security. This versatile role is vital for a seamless overnight experience and offers the flexibility to work additional hours above the assigned FTE based on business needs.
