The Director, Footwear Color & Materials Design at lululemon leads the strategic and creative direction for footwear color and materials design and creation. You will manage strategic planning of the materials pipeline and opportunities through feel and activity lenses. You will direct the design, creation and application of these materials into the footwear ranges. You will lead, manage and develop the materials design team. key responsibilities:Lead and manage both the Materials Design and Color Design team. Identify existing material trends with the ability to create new ones (through lens of lululemon IP ownership)Forge material toolboxes and seasonal color palettes for Athletic and Lifestyle footwear ranges.
