Provide hands-on, applied training for internal Pro. Assure Systems Specialists and external Systems Administrators. Provide account coverage to ensure uninterrupted customer service. Audit the quality of services, deliverables, and deployment health for customers. Manage multiple Vocera customers, their systems, and databases. Manage Vocera servers including software updates, OS maintenance, backups, anti-virus, server monitoring and disaster recovery practices. Manage device inventory, including asset tracking and RMA tasks. Partner with customers to establish and execute sustainable training processes for end users. Provide on-site and/or remote support for resolving end user experience issues.
