Job Description

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department. Oversees all aspects of the project.

• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects.

• Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.

• Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.

• Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area, with familiarity in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures.

• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Performs a variety of tasks, leads, and directs the work of others.

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of technical enterprise-level project management experience or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• Experience managing and driving multiple projects, juggling competing deadlines, focusing on stakeholder engagement, budget management, status reporting, and progressing the project plan.

• No certification requirement; client requests PM samples (data masked as required) of previous work.

• Strong facilitation skills, knowledge of working with project management tools.

• Working knowledge and understanding of all phases of a project.

• Business case and benefits development.

• Budget management and reporting.

Top 3 Nice-To-Haves
