In this senior director role, you will Lead claims function for the Individual Disability Insurance (IDI) line of business, improving and modernizing guidelines and standards to ensure the validity thoroughly investigated disability decisions and ongoing management of disability claims are made with an eye on reserve liability and organizational needs. Responsible for managing the work environment, identifying workforce needs and ensuring alignment with corporate manager expectations, values, and vision. Collaborate with other members of the IDI Leadership team to ensure alignment to business unit strategy. Lead department operations and personnel to meet goals in claim decision accuracy, thorough investigations, reserve, and payment.
