Works closely with all members of the team to provide direct patient care to optimize positive patient care outcomes. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year Acute patient care experience OR. 6 months Experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living facility and/or memory care setting. 3 months Data entry experience.
