The New Student Programs Coordinator provides coordination and oversight of the University Welcome Center including daily tours and prospective and current student interactions with admissions and supporting the Student Ambassador Program. This position reports to the Assistant Director of New Student Programs and will work closely with the Associate Director of New Student Programs and New Student Programs team to plan, develop and execute events for prospective and newly admitted students. This position will coordinate with the Admissions Recruitment team to support the operations for the University Welcome Center. The coordinator will contribute to a campus environment that acknowledges, encourages, and celebrates differences. In accordance with the AAUP collective bargaining agreement this position is open only to current PSU AAUP academic professionals.
