Salary: $23.00 - $24.00/hr

A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Receptionist to their team. The ideal candidate will have office or customer service experience and wants to grow professionally.

This is an evaluation hire position.

Duties:

• Greet guests and visitors & manage the front desk
• Manage a multi-line phone system and forward all incoming calls
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Oversee the preparation for meetings and conference room readiness
• Assists in coordinating department projects and internal/external events as needed
• Maintains office security systems and all access to the facility

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):

• Strong customer service and relationship development experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• HS Diploma or GED with higher education preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment preferred
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills

Pay: $23-24/ hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am- 5pm
