What you'll do (and why you'll love doing it )

As a Data Engineer 1 at Precoa , you'll work side-by-side with experienced data professionals to help build and support our growing data warehouse environment.



From day one, you'll be hands-on with production pipelines and mission-critical systems . You'll be learning fast, building smart, and contributing to the tech that drives decision making across the company.


You'll thrive as you:


Build data pipelines . Develop and refine workflows , support ETL/ELT processes in Matillion , and manage structured data using tools like Snowflake, and Azure .

Drive quality and accuracy . C reate and maintain schemas, run validation checks, and ensure teams across the organization can rely on clean, accessible data .

Partner across teams . Work closely with analytics, strategy, and reporting teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.

What will make you successful

2–4 years of experience in data engineering, software development, or database-related roles (including internships or academic projects)
Familiarity with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Azure, and ETL tools like Matillion
Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data quality best practices
A collaborative, curious mindset and a strong foundation in problem-solving
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or related field—or equivalent experience
