The Student Success Program Manager is the leader of the Bright. Path which is the initiative for student success across the COE. The Student Success Advisor is committed to fostering student achievement in the areas of academic advising support, retention and persistence initiatives, and resource referral. This role is essential in helping students overcome barriers, achieve their educational and career aspirations, and thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Advisor collaborates with campus resources, faculty, staff, and administrators to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes student success and retention.
