WHO YOULL WORK WITH The Senior Principal, DEI Planning, Strategy and Insights will be a critical strategic partner and operational leader, responsible for maximizing the effectiveness and impact of the DEI team, partnering closely with peers in DEI, People Analytics, HR Leaders and Communications teams. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The candidate needs to have strong program and project management process, and organizational skills, including managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to achieve strategic objectives?. A minimum of 10 years directly relevant experience. A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training. Previous Chief of Staff or similar role experience preferred?. Have utmost integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.?
