About The Role

As a Senior Principal AI Product Manager, you will lead the development of scalable AI solutions, managing the entire product lifecycle. You will define the platform strategy, vision, and roadmap, balancing innovation with partner needs and company goals. Your work will influence thousands of enterprises and millions of users.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of technical product management experience, including 2+ years of delivering 0-1 products.
• 4+ years of product management experience focused on ML platform or feature development.

Other Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role (software engineering or data science) is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise product management, especially in ML applications at scale.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, handle dependencies, and communicate effectively with leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner in highly technical areas.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges vary by location, with additional bonuses and stock grants. The primary location is Beaverton, OR, with a base pay range of $201,600 - $302,400. Other US locations have ranges from $191,500 - $340,800. Benefits include flexible work arrangements, emphasizing at least 50% in-office time quarterly, and comprehensive benefits packages.
