Job Description

This position is contingent on contract award.

International SOS seeks an experienced Logistics Planner to develop and implement strategies ensuring the timely and efficient movement, supply, and maintenance of troops and equipment. Responsibilities include resource coordination, logistics analysis, and collaboration to support operational readiness and mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in various logistics activities to enhance planning effectiveness.
  2. Coordinate pre-deployment planning for maintenance personnel, facilities, equipment, and services.
  3. Develop logistics staff estimates and assess capabilities and operational environment characteristics.

This list is non-exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements/Certifications:

  • 10+ years of logistical planning experience.
  • Recognized industry leader in area of expertise.

Education:

  • Master's Degree in a relevant field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work typically performed in an office environment.
  • Sitting, standing, stairs climbing for extended periods.
  • Bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs.

Other Qualifications:

  • Must obtain required security clearances.

Additional Information

Pay range varies based on experience and benefits. Final salary depends on background, skills, and market data.

Salary: $145,000 - $155,000

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses. Compliant with wage laws.
