Client is seeking a self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills for a high-volume, hands-on support role. This position involves mail/package handling, document services, copier operation, supply distribution, and light facilities support. The role is physically demanding with frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and moving throughout a large campus. Casual dress code; Nike or unbranded shoes required. No driving or vaccination proof required. Onsite interviews.
Sort, process, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail and packages across campus
Operate high-volume copy, scanning, and imaging equipment
Use document imaging software, Microsoft Office, and email to process files
Perform binding, finishing, filing, archiving, purging, and quality checks
Maintain, troubleshoot, and inspect convenience copiers
Monitor supply levels and maintain service logs and billing records
Distribute office supplies and materials as needed
Coordinate service calls and respond to customer job status inquiries
Deliver completed jobs to designated locations
Set up meeting rooms and perform basic facility support (e.g., re-lamping, minor cleaning)
Operate office and mailroom equipment (postage meter, shrink-wrap, cutter, jogger, etc.)
May occasionally work overtime, nights, or weekends
High school diploma or GED
1 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong PC, email, and file management skills
Good organization and prioritization ability
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavier equipment with assistance
Physically fit for long periods of walking, standing, and bending
Casual attire with required footwear (Nike or unbranded shoes)
