🌟 What You'll Do

- Develop and implement EHS policies and systems aligned with operational excellence

- Lead industrial hygiene monitoring and report key health indicators

- Conduct ergonomic assessments and offer expert recommendations

- Facilitate on-site Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and certification

- Drive ISO 14001 continuous improvement and manage related action plans

- Conduct internal audits to enhance EHS compliance and performance

- Coordinate environmental regulatory compliance (air, water, waste, stormwater, fire safety, DHS, etc.)

- Deliver engaging EHS training tailored to regulatory and site-specific needs

- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions

- Review EHS requirements for equipment installations and decommissions

- Act as a core member of the site leadership team and champion a strong safety culture

- Collaborate with corporate and global teams to align policies and support ESG goals

🎓 What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (required)

- 10+ years of progressive experience in EHS, preferably in high-tech or advanced manufacturing

- Advanced degree and/or certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) are highly desirable

- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking in EHS program development

- Hands-on experience with ISO 14001, audits, investigations, and compliance management
