?? What You'll Do

• Develop and implement EHS policies and systems aligned with operational excellence

• Lead industrial hygiene monitoring and report key health indicators

• Conduct ergonomic assessments and offer expert recommendations

• Facilitate on-site Emergency Response Team (ERT) training and certification

• Drive ISO 14001 continuous improvement and manage related action plans

• Conduct internal audits to enhance EHS compliance and performance

• Coordinate environmental regulatory compliance (air, water, waste, stormwater, fire safety, DHS, etc.)

• Deliver engaging EHS training tailored to regulatory and site-specific needs

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions

• Review EHS requirements for equipment installations and decommissions

• Act as a core member of the site leadership team and champion a strong safety culture

• Collaborate with corporate and global teams to align policies and support ESG goals

?? What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (required)

• 10+ years of progressive experience in EHS, preferably in high-tech or advanced manufacturing

• Advanced degree and/or certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) are highly desirable

• Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking in EHS program development

• Hands-on experience with ISO 14001, audits, investigations, and compliance management
