Calculate and audit commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions. Support the development, rollout and administration of sales compensation programs, plans, policies and quotas. Research and resolve commissions cases promptly and with professionalism. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate payouts and appropriate accounting treatment. Generate internal documentation on compensation plans, reporting guidelines and compensation related FAQs. Build and maintain actionable analytics to guide decision making. Develop expertise inside the companys new ICM tool, SPIFF. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and training. Prepare and deliver presentations to department stakeholders and Sales Leadership.
