Job Details

Supports patient safety needs and provides patient monitoring. Escorts patients and family members to/from the waiting room, prepare patient for their exam, and provide patient with non-technical exam information. Reviews and verifies that all upcoming imaging protocols have been completed by a radiologist, and notifies a technologists if there are some that are incomplete. Provides patient transportation and escorts patients throughout OHSU Health Diagnostic Clinics as needed. Stocks linen and supplies in exam rooms. Unpacks supplies and stocks storeroom. Picks up supplies, pharmaceuticals, and cafeteria orders as needed. Assists in the supply ordering process by identifying needs as well as looking for expired supplies. Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED - Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)Hiring department may establish additional specific minimum qualifications. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
