Design, build, and operate Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) systems in TSMC IT platform to support scalable and secure enterprise applications. Develop robust managed service deployment architectures with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. Establish optimized network topologies, ensuring efficient and secure connectivity within PaaS environments. Implement and oversee security and compliance management to meet internal and external regulatory standards. Lead efforts in improving system reliability, availability, and maintainability through automation and continuous monitoring. Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to define standards and drive best practices for PaaS implementation and operations.
