WHO YOULL WORK WITH - This position is responsible for supporting the future innovation needs for Underfoot Systems. The focus is on performance cushioning systems, not exclusively airsoles. You will also work with the Air. MI teams to implement component level knowledge, innovation footwear development teams to create new system integration methods, and inline sport development and engineering teams to implement these systems at scale. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORAs a Sr. Cushioning Engineer, you will develop new performance based cushioning systems that result in growth opportunities and competitive advantages in the marketplace by collaborating with cross functional teams. Through collaboration with designers, researchers, developers and other engineers you will contribute to the performance, aesthetic and manufacturability of new innovations.
