Cultivate strong internal relationships and provide excellent customer service and support in a timely manner. Proactively address technical issues employing physical model troubleshooting to minimize tool downtime and resolve root causes. Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance to specifications and systematically maintain detailed documentation of work performed.
