Job Description:
We are looking for a Global Assortment Planner to establish clear end to end bottom's up merchandise plans, these product plans and forecasts should be grounded in the Athlete* and their needs. When developing these forecasts, you'll partner with Merchandising, Merchandise Financial Planning, and Geography Planning on assortment plans, spanning across multiple future seasons. Experience in planning against key retail KPI's (Retail Sales, Margin, Inventory, Full Price Realization and Average Retail Discount) are critical to this role's success. This role will create future rolling forecast plans incorporating historical and current marketplace retail KPI's and translating that to future franchise plans ensuring holistic franchise management and overall marketplace health.
