Lead process integration efforts across the process flow, ensuring seamless integration of unit processes into robust module flows. Use structured problem-solving methods to perform root cause analysis of yield excursions using inline and end-of-line data, electrical test results, personal observations, and failure analysis. Utilize defect inspection tools to identify and characterize yield-limiting defects. Own driving solutions to reduce/eliminate the defects. Collaborate with process engineers to optimize process windows and improve uniformity, performance, and yield. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through DOE (Design of Experiments), statistical process control (SPC), and advanced data analytics. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, specifications, and integration guidelines.
