Utilize defect inspection tools to identify and characterize yield-limiting defects. Own driving solutions to reduce/eliminate the defects. Collaborate with process engineers to optimize process windows and improve uniformity, performance, and yield. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through DOE (Design of Experiments), statistical process control (SPC), and advanced data analytics.
