Description

Design. People. Trust.

LRS Architects is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Proposal Writing Specialist to support strategic pursuits and elevate our brand. This role is ideal for a collaborative marketing professional with strong writing, graphics and organizational skills, and a passion for bringing stories to life through visual and written storytelling.

You'll be an essential part of our dynamic marketing team, responding to Requests for Proposals and Qualifications and producing high-impact proposals and presentations that reflect the excellence of our design work and the people behind it. Your role will span both strategy and execution, from managing content and brand consistency to crafting compelling messaging that is tailored to different audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and coordinate the development of custom proposals, statements of qualifications, and presentations
  • Maintain and elevate visual brand standards across marketing collateral, templates, and client-facing materials
  • Organize and update content libraries including project descriptions, staff bios, resumes, images, and consultant information
  • Collaborate with technical staff and firm leaders to gather and synthesize proposal content
  • Support companywide marketing initiatives, providing content development for awards submittals, press materials, conference abstracts, email campaigns, website, and a variety of internal and external storytelling
  • Help refine and maintain marketing tools, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and consistency
  • Assist with other marketing duties as assigned, including communications support and event coordination.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • A clear, concise, and engaging writing style with excellent proofreading skills
  • A proactive and organized work style, with an ability to juggle deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
  • A strong eye for design and detail, paired with an understanding of how to tell a compelling story
  • A collaborative, flexible mindset with a willingness to jump in and learn.

WHAT WE OFFER:

We believe that people do their best work when they feel valued, supported, and inspired. At LRS, you'll find:
  • Hybrid flexibility: Work where you thrive - with a mix of remote and in-office options
  • Competitive compensation with annual reviews and advancement opportunities
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans
  • 401(k) with employer match to support your financial future
  • Generous paid time off and 7+ paid holidays annually
  • Support for licensure, certification, and continuing education to help you grow
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture that values mentorship, balance, and equity.

A meaningful role in a firm that has been named an Oregonian Top Workplace annually since 2016, with majority women-ownership, certification from the WBENC, and an ILFI Just Label.
