Job Details

Lead all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects (typically $15 M-$100 M ). Oversee preconstruction activities including estimating, budgeting, and constructability reviews. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Direct and mentor project engineers, assistant P - Ms, and site superintendents. Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety standards. Negotiate and manage subcontracts, change orders, and procurement strategies. Conduct regular project meetings, reporting progress to executive leadership and clients. Resolve project-related issues, delays, or risks proactively. Ensure quality control, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction from groundbreaking to closeout. . The Successful Applicant.
