Job Description:

• Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Client Production System for internal or external customers.
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
• Analyzes and interprets data.
• Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

Describe The Project/Day-To-Day Activities They Will Be Working On:

• Staffing and Compliance. This role will heavy analytical admin work.
• Focusing on staffing and compliance for the majority of the work statement.
• Experienced to Master in Excel would be a huge plus.
• Needs to be ok with lots of note taking and loading notes into data bases.
• Ability to handle and process confidential information when it comes to staffing.
• Comfortable in manufacturing environment and ok with wearing PPE in the factory. 100% on site here in Portland, 6AM - 2:30PM, with some flexibility in those hours.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and quick changing work environment.

What Are The Top 3-5 Technical/Software Skills Needed To Perform This Role/Job?:

• Excel, data analytics

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
