Project Manager / Director - Hydropower

$175,000 - $225,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

On offer is a fast paced role where you will start with 20 direct reports and be charged with expanding the department. You will be responsible for managing a range of projects from order to completion whilst also developing new and existing clients.

This role would suit someone from the Hydropower industry, with experience managing projects, who is looking for a Senior Management position offering leadership training and career progression.

The Role:

*Managing a team of 20 and growing the department
*Developing new and existing customers
*Overseeing projects from order to completion
*60% Office based, 40% on site or meeting with customers

The Candidate:

*Strong project management experience
*Experience leading teams
*Engineering degree qualified
*Comfortable on site and presenting in board rooms
